A leading organization in the field of real estate development, the District of Columbia Building Industry Association (DCBIA) unites 500 members under its umbrella. As part of the constant improvement of the association, the DCBIA requested a rebranding process to create a new organizational identity.

Using a neat and minimalist style with black and sky blue as the two lead colors, the design team developed each element of the new DCBIA branding in the same style. Starting with a logo and finishing with stationery, the goal was for the brand to be memorable.
