The ZERO TO THREE Policy Center is a nonpartisan, research-based resource for policymakers and
advocates on the unique developmental needs of infants and toddlers. The Policy Center brings more
than 40 years of research-based expertise on infant and toddler development to ensure that public
policies reflect current research and best practices in support of our nation’s very young children and
their families.

For ZERO TO THREE’s DIVE IN Annual Conference, MOYA developed an educational brochure to be distributed to event attendees. It’s the kickoff piece for a wider project — a new brand identity for ZERO TO THREE’s Policy Center. The DIVE IN Conference takes place in October, bringing research-informed and competency-based sessions from recognized speakers in early childhood.
