ZERO TO THREE Mindfulness Campaign

MOYA client ZERO TO THREE set out to answer the question: How can mindfulness support parenting and caregiving? The resulting campaign provides in-depth research and supportive brochures to promote the importance of mindfulness in early childhood education. With themes of responding calmly, managing stress, and providing a supportive learning environment, ZERO TO THREE’s mindfulness campaign helps parents and practitioners stay present, sensitive, and attuned.

We developed four documents and one standalone infographic to support ZERO TO THREE’s campaign. A literature review and an executive summary launched the study’s findings by setting detailed research into a clean, easy-to-read format. Two brochures built on this momentum by delivering key points to practitioners and caregivers. The first, Mindfulness for Early Childhood Professionals, distills the message for teachers, while Mindfulness for Parents gives primary caregivers an introduction to mindful parenting techniques. We used calm, fresh blues, airy warm whites, and immersive full-page visuals to evoke the benefits of mindfulness. Pull-out quotes highlight important take-aways; these work together with calls to action that link to ZERO TO THREE’s website. Each element coordinates with the campaign’s central custom infographic for posting in schools, offices, and community centers.
